Holy…that was a sweet setup! I owe my preference for dual monitors from my former work at Citi and with the Air Force…no one understands or appreciates it but now that I see three monitors…it is no longer a matter of “do I dare…” but a matter of when. At the same time, it is good to know that the job can be done with my laptop or current set up (Dell PC with 6gb processor) and know what to aspire to as I get more involved into this. I appreciate your recommendations and the fact that you’re upfront about affiliate marketing of the products too. That and getting to see your set up really provides a feeling of genuineness and makes you seem like a real life human being.

Thanks mate, I’m definitely a real-life human being! Glad you liked the setup, took me months of planning and years of wanting. Definitely worth the investment, my friend!! Let me know if you need any additional tips when you are putting your monster together in the not-too-distant future 😉

Nice office, Kirill! – 🙂 – Thanx for the gear-porn! – 😉

Honestly: I love the way you use your balcony windows!

btw: I am (still!) running a Lenovo SL500 Laptop (2 x 1,8 GHz CPU, just 3 GB DDR-RAM, Windows 7 OS – it has seen better days, but is still working for me – despite the cooler fan which I have to replace about once a year because it’s getting TOO LOUD eventually) plus ONE Extra-Monitor simply connected via good old VGA I can assure every beginner who’s asking himself if it is really possible to trade with a laptop that it is: Yes, it really is possible to trade just with that! – No worries!

Love your video series, Kirill! – Keep up the good work!

Cheers from Germany

Hi Rene,

Thanks for the note 🙂

Agreed! One can definitely trade from a laptop – that’s how I started out into Forex.

Thank you for sharing tools you use. I will definitely use forex tester. Good to know that such thing exist. I like your (glass) board. That way, you always have things you need to know right in front of your eyes. Currently I’m using laptop with 16 GB memory. I can add an extra monitor later on.

So, you are using MT4 on both desktop and in VPS? Is Dukascopy an alternative for forex broker like RoboForex?

I just had a quick look at Dukascopy Europe website. The ask for commission, but RoboForex doesn’t. I’m not sure if Dukascopy is good for beginners.

Wow Kirill,

Thank you. You so continually keep me smashed with your
teaching approach. I agree with Steven Damon.
Given the hoaxes out there on the net, it gets very difficult to really
trust. But you’ve proven yourself beyond measure.

And thank you for offering these lessons for free. Even your
paid courses on UDEMY are so well priced – considering what other companies are
charging – particularly here in South Africa.

Cheers from South Africa

Again, well done! I really enjoy your videos!
All the detailed information and suggestions from your experience. You know how to motivate! 🙂
As for the setup, I would suggest two more things (if going all in 🙂 ) – UPS backup battery and a NAS drive. UPS so that you don’t loose unsaved data etc in case of power outtages and NAS to backup the data. In short time I have been dealing with programming etc, I had many cases where due to some updates or overload etc, I have to restore PC hoping I have not lost my Experts and other files.
As for Photon VPS, just wanted to share that I was dissapointed in their service as during one month their server restarted twice and once even did not respond and I had to restart it manually through admin section.
However, I wanted to ask your opinion on Metatrader own cloud service. Have you tried it and what are your thoughts? I see prices are quite cheap and you can get servers close to your broker.
Of course it is not a VPS and it is quite limited but like for a begginer, could this be a good option?
Thanks again and can’t wait for next videos!
